How Do I Add, Update, or Delete A Forward For My Email Account?

Description: Follow the steps below if you want to add, update, or delete a forward for a POP email account.
Add, Update, Or Delete A Forward Via Webmail – Password Known
- Open Web Browser
- Type in the URL: webmail.spro.net or webmail.domainname.com
- Type in the Username (Full Email Address)
- Type in the Password
- Click Login
NOTE: Webmail Lite is the preferred view setting.
- Click Email Settings in the lower left column
- Find the Forwarding section of the page
- Type the Current Password in the current password field
- Type the email address you would like to forward in the Add New Forward field
- Check the Keep A Copy Of Forwarded Messages In This Mailbox if you want to this feature
NOTE: Enabling this feature is not recommended. If left un-monitored the email account mailbox can fill up resulting in mail delivery failure to both the original account and forwarded address. In addition, management of the original mailbox\email address and the destination mailbox\email address can be difficult. Duplicate mail, replies, forwards, and other email functions are not updated or synced between the two accounts.
- Click the Update Forwards Button
NOTE: The forward update may take 5 minutes to complete. This process cannot be accelerated.
Add, Update, Or Delete A Forward Via Postmaster – Password Not Known
NOTE: Contact SolutionPro support or your IT administrator if you are not a Postmaster administrator.
- Open Web Browser
- Type in the URL: webmail.spro.net or webmail.domainname.com
- Type in the Username (

- Type in the Password
- Select Mail Settings from the view dropdown
NOTE: The Mail Settings view is required view to edit email accounts at the admin/postmaster level.
- Click Login
- Click Manage Mailboxes in the lower left column
- Browse the list of mailboxes and find the account you want to edit
- Click the Details Link in the left section of the mailbox
- Type the email address you would like to forward in the Add New Forward field
- Check the Keep A Copy Of Forwarded Messages In This Mailbox if you want to this feature
