How Do I Add, Update, or Delete An Auto Reply / Vacation Reply?

Description: Follow the steps below if you want to add, update, or delete an auto reply / vacation reply for a POP email account.
Add, Update, Or Remove An Auto Reply Via Webmail – Password Known
- Open Web Browser
- Type in the URL: webmail.spro.net or webmail.domainname.com
- Type in the Username (Full Email Address)
- Type in the Password
- Click Login
NOTE: Webmail Lite is the preferred view setting.
- Click Email Settings in the lower left column
- Find Vacation Message/Auto Responder section of the page
- Type the Subject in the Subject field
- Type the body of the message you want displayed in the Vacation Message Text box
- Check the Enable Vacation Message if you want to use this feature
NOTE: Once this feature is enabled it does not automatically disable after a certain time and date. It must manually be disabled via un-checking the enable vacation message checkbox.
- Click the Update Vacation Message Button
NOTE: The auto reply message feature may take 5 minutes to complete. This process cannot be accelerated.

NOTE: This feature is currently not supported via the postmaster/admin account. |
