FAQ - POP Email Account Management

How Do I Add, Update, Or Delete My Email Accounts?

Description: Follow the steps below if you want to add, update, or remove a POP email account. Please note that spro.net, westelfiber.com, iousa.net, execu.net, mybearcreek.com, & bmailed.com accounts can only be administered by SolutionPro Support. Customer owned domains can be managed by both SolutionPro Support and the IT administrator or account owner.

Add An Email Account Via Postmaster

  1. Open Web Browser
  2. Type in the URL: webmail.spro.net or webmail.domainname.com
  3. Type in the Username ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
  4. Type in the Password
  5. Select Mail Settings from the view dropdown

    NOTE: The Mail Settings view is required view to edit email accounts at the admin/postmaster level. 

  6. Click Login
  7. Click Manage Mailboxes in the lower left column
  8. Click the New Mailbox Button in the right section of the page
  9. Type the first portion of the Email Address the email address field
  10. Type the First Name in the First Name Field
  11. Type the Last Name in the Last Name Field
  12. Type the Password in the Password Field
  13. Re-Type the Password in Confirm Password Field
  14. Click the Create Mailbox button.

Delete An Email Account Via Postmaster

  1. Open Web Browser
  2. Type in the URL: webmail.spro.net or webmail.domainname.com
  3. Type in the Username ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
  4. Type in the Password
  5. Select Mail Settings from the view dropdown

    NOTE: The Mail Settings view is required view to edit email accounts at the admin/postmaster level.

  6. Click Login
  7. Click Manage Mailboxes in the lower left column
  8. Browse the list of mailboxes and find the one you are looking for
  9. Click the Delete Mailbox Button
  10. Click OK to confirm the deletion
