FAQ - Hosted Exchange - New Accounts

How Do I Setup iPhone, iPod, or iPad On Hosted Exchange?

Description: The steps below assume that you have a valid, active email account already setup with SolutionPro. While you are using your iPhone, iPod, or iPad perform the following steps.

NOTE: Options vary based on the iOS Version.

NOTE: If this is the first email account you're setting up on your device, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen, tap Settings.

  1. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  2. Tap Add Account
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange
  4. Type your Full Email Address
  5. Type your Full Email Address in the Username field
  6. Type your Password
  7. Type in a Description
  8. Tap Next
  9. Type ix.spro.net in the Server field
  10. Tap Next

    NOTE: The connection process will take one minute or more. If it fails please try again.

  11. Tap Yes if prompted with an SSL message
  12. Tap the Home Button
  13. Tap the Mail App on the Home Screen
