Description: The steps below assume that you have a valid, active email account already setup with SolutionPro. While you are using your iPhone, iPod, or iPad perform the following steps.
NOTE: Options vary based on the iOS Version.
NOTE: If this is the first email account you're setting up on your device, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap Add Account
- Tap Microsoft Exchange
- Type your Full Email Address
- Type your Full Email Address in the Username field
- Type your Password
- Type in a Description
- Tap Next
- Type ix.spro.net in the Server field
- Tap Next
NOTE: The connection process will take one minute or more. If it fails please try again.
- Tap Yes if prompted with an SSL message
- Tap the Home Button
- Tap the Mail App on the Home Screen
