Description: The steps below assume that you have a valid, active email account already setup with SolutionPro. While you are using your Droid perform the following steps.
Prerequisites: Any active hosted exchange mail account with SolutionPro
NOTE: Options vary based on the Android OS Version.
- Tap the Settings button
- Tap Accounts & Sync
- Tap Add Account
- Tap Exchange, Corporate Mail, Or Active Sync
- Type your Full Email Address
- Type your Password
- Tap Manual Setup
- Type the full Email Address in the Username field
NOTE: If you have a domain field, please leave it blank. If you have difficulties logging in, try typing a back slash in front of your username.
EXAMPLE: Username: \myusername
- Type ix.spro.net in the Server field
- Tap Use SSL, Or Secure Connection
- Tap Next
- Modify the account sync options as you would prefer
- Tap Next
- Type in an Account Name
- Tap Done
- Wait approximately 3 minutes for the account to fully synchronize all mail, calendars & contacts.
